About the Mural

This mural depicts the award winning garden designed and maintained by Penny Vogel and Millie Kiggins. Millie built the small chapel with its Mount Hood view in honor of her parents. There had been a popular local tradition of Easter sunrise service in this chapel. Millie has passed away but Penny continues to create the beauty that is Kinzy Faire Gardens. This garden would be a well-kept secret if it hadn't been featured in Fine Gardening magazine.
